Description Pirastro Synoxa cello strings have been discontinued by Pirastro. We only have residual stock left, if a string is out of stock it will not be restocked in the future. Pirastro Synoxa cello strings have a core made from nylon. They give a clear and very brilliant sound with a very quick response. Synoxa strings tune quickly and are insensitive to variations in temperature and humidity. A- and D-strings are wound with aluminium. D- and C-strings are wound with silver.
