The kit stands out for its shorter treatment time, as the formulation of the Brow & Lash Perm and Neutralizer requires a reduced processing time. NEW: RefectoCil® Ultra Glue – its innovative formula dries faster than traditional lash adhesives. Together with self-adhesive Lifting Pads that seamlessly adapt to the eyelids, the Ultra Kit offers an even more efficient application. For a more intense look, lashes can be tinted directly on the Lifting Pads immediately after the lifting treatment. Clean the eye area with micellar make-up remover and saline solution. Pat dry. Brush eyelashes lightly. Select the Lifting Pad according to the desired effect and lash length and apply it to the eyelid without any glue. Apply lash glue to the front of the pad and fix the lashes in place.
