Description Cetearyl Alcohol is a fatty alcohol derived from natural oils that acts as an emollient, thickener, and stabilizer in skincare and haircare products. It’s basically a waxy mixture of Cetyl and Stearyl alcohol, usually derived from coconut oil or palm oil.
