BTMS 50 (Conditioning Emulsifier)

Description BTMS-50 is an effective primary (or complete) emulsifier for hair and body care products, but it does more – it adds conditioning properties to formulations. BTMS-50 is a plant-based Conditioning Emulsifier that is commonly used to formulate hair conditioners. It is also used to as an emulsifier when making lotions and scrubs. BTMS-50 enhances the skin-feel of formulations by making lotions feel luxurious with a silky, powdery after-feel that does not wash-off. Hair conditioners with BTMS-50 have a nice silky slip, makes hair easy-to-comb  and detangle, and the silky-feel remains after the conditioner is washed off. More About BTMS 50 INCI Name: Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetyl Alcohol (and) Butylene Glycol Other Names: BTMS 50, Incroquat Behenyl TMS-50 Derived From: Rapeseed Oil, also known as Colza Oil (Natural Plant Oils) Appearance/ Form: Waxy solid flakes/ pellets and also comes in the form of small beads. *Sometimes we stock the flakes BTMS 50, other times we stock the beads-form, depending on the form in stock.
