Essential oils are natural but powerful, and should be extremely diluted before use with children. Soothe tired muscles with 5-6 drops in a hot bath or on a washcloth in the shower. Combine with a light carrier oil such as jojoba or cape chestnut for a soothing balm. To kill germs on surfaces, add lemon and vinegar with a few drops of lemongrass and store in a spray bottle for easy cleaning.
