2 Part Custom NCR Forms with Hard Back – Half Sheet 2 Part Custom Forms with Hard Back Cover are printed on 8.5 x 5.5 inch NCR paper. These 2 part carbonless custom Forms come in a color sequence of white and manila cover. They will be printed with one color ink: black, blue or in your choice of ink color (please provide us with PMS ink number). This half sheet form is printed from your uploaded design or a clean scanned copy of an existing form.
