Trucking Company Haul Tickets We sell and print Trucking Company Haul Tickets. The haul tickets are customizable with your company name, information and logo. Your logo prints in one color or upgrade to full color. The company name, address, phone number and advertisement lines prints in the very top center. Further customize the haul ticket by requesting changes to the following features. The top lines include hauling for, job name, number and location. The next set of lines are for the driver’s hours. There are also 5 lines for material, loads and tons. Your drivers then add up the loads and tons on the total lines below. Even though this is a small form it’s packed with a lot of information including three additional lines for notes. Below the note lines is where your company terms are written out. We’ve included terms for you, however, we can replace it with your custom text. The bottom of the form has the representatives signature, printed name and date. Hauling tickets come on your choice of 2 or 3 part NCR paper. Other options include consecutive numbering, book binding and ink color. The consecutive numbers print in the top right corner in your choice of black or red ink.
