All we need is your business information! The doctor’s name prints across the top of the card. The name is the most prominent because most doctor offices house multiple physicians. This way your patients won’t be confused as to which doctor they’ll be seeing. Below the doctor’s name is where the office location and contact information goes. This can include office numbers, emergency numbers, emails or faxes. The content is up to you! The words “NEXT APPOINTMENT” distinguishes this card from a regular business card. Your secretary then checks off a box for the day of the week the appointment will be on. This is to help your patients know which day of the week the date falls on. The date and time is then written out on the two lines provided at the bottom. This is a fully customizable template upon request. During the proofing process customers are able to request changes, make additions or remove items they don’t need.
